At Rinsingliving, we are committed to your satisfaction with our mindful eating coaching services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and program transfers for all coaching products offered at rinsingliving.world, including the Awareness Starter Session, Six-Week Mindful Path, and Premium Coaching Package.

General Policy

Because mindful eating coaching is a personalized service delivered over time, our return and refund policies differ from those applicable to physical products. Once a coaching session has been delivered or program materials have been accessed, the value of that portion of the service cannot be returned. However, we strive to be fair and transparent in all cancellation and refund situations.

Awareness Starter Session

The Awareness Starter Session priced at $95 may be cancelled and fully refunded if you provide at least forty-eight hours notice before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours of the session start time are eligible for a fifty percent refund or one complimentary rescheduling within thirty days. If you attend the session and are unsatisfied, you may request a partial refund of up to fifty percent within seven days of the session by contacting our team with a detailed explanation.

Six-Week Mindful Path

The Six-Week Mindful Path program priced at $449 may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before the first session begins. After the first session has been completed, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis. Each completed session is valued at $85, and the remaining balance will be refunded within fourteen business days of your cancellation request. No refunds are available after four of six sessions have been completed, though you may transfer remaining sessions to a future date within six months.

Premium Coaching Package

The Premium Coaching Package priced at $895 follows a similar prorated refund structure. A full refund is available if cancellation occurs before the first session. After sessions begin, each completed seventy-five-minute session is valued at $125, with the remaining balance refunded upon written cancellation request. No refunds are issued after six of eight sessions have been completed. Unused sessions may be transferred to a future program within twelve months of purchase.

Group Workshops

Group workshop registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to seventy-two hours before the workshop start time. Cancellations within seventy-two hours receive a credit toward a future workshop rather than a cash refund. If Rinsingliving cancels a workshop, enrolled participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date at no additional charge.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact Rinsingliving by email at team@rinsingliving.world or by phone at +16467895612. Include your full name, the coaching program purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within three business days with a decision and, if approved, process your refund within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: digital workbooks and resource materials that have been downloaded or accessed; administrative fees if applicable; sessions that were scheduled but missed without twenty-four hours notice; and any third-party processing fees charged by payment providers.

Program Transfers

If you are unable to complete your coaching program due to personal circumstances, you may request a one-time transfer of unused sessions to a later date within the timeframe specified for your program. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least seven days before your next scheduled session. Transfers are subject to coach availability and are granted at the discretion of Rinsingliving.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our mindful eating coaching. If after your first session you feel our approach is not the right fit, contact us within seven days for a full refund of any remaining program balance, regardless of the program you enrolled in. This guarantee applies once per client and requires that you have attended no more than one session.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction outlined in our Terms of Use.
